I found my stay at the hotel to be overall pleasant. The location was excellent for exploring nearby attractions like the Paddleford ride on the river and Como Park, but some may find it a bit out of the way. The rooms were comfortable, but lacking in proper lighting and needing some repairs. The service was top-notch with fantastic and accommodating staff, although they seemed understaffed during busy times. The dining options were minimal but satisfactory, and the pool area was a nice retreat. Despite a few drawbacks, I enjoyed the proximity to Como Park and the safe walking options around the lake.
